Carli Oliver has been living and painting in Hawaii since 1980. Born and raised in California, Carli is a self taught artist, working first in oils, then after moving to Maui, switching to watercolor, for which she is now most recognized.
After moving to Oahu, Carli began working for American Hawaii Cruises which toured all of the Hawaiian Islands. Carli took this opportunity to photograph and paint extensively traditional Hawaiian lifestyles, as well as the indigenous floral and plant life. Carli's paintings are found in various Art Galleries throughout Hawaii.
Carli also works with many of Hawaii's Interior Designers and Architectural Design firms. This experience lead Carli to form her own publishing company. Carli has published over 20 limited and open edition reproductions, along with over 25 fine art notecards. Her work is found in private and corporate collections around the world.
